Terms & Conditions

Ordering and Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website.
• All paid orders will be sent by post no later than the last advised postal date within the United Kingdom.  The cost of delivery is included in the price.
• A request for payment for orders made will be issued via PayPal. We accept all major credit cards which are processed securely through PayPal.
• An email will be sent from PayPal confirming your payment.
• All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to alter prices if required without prior notice.

Deliveries and Dispatch

• All orders, unless you wish otherwise, will be dispatched within the first week of December, and thereafter weekly until the last recommended posting date within the United Kingdom. If you require goods within a specific time please let us know by email.
• Errors / faults must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your letter.
• If you do not receive your order by 18th December, or you have not received it by an agreed date please contact us.
• Your letter will be sent out to you via Royal Mail.
• Mail from Father Christmas can not be held responsible for any subsequent loss.

Returning Letters

• As the letters are a peronalised item they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the letter contained an error attributable to Mail from Father Christmas
• Goods, for whatever reason, can only be returned with the prior approval of Mail from Father Christmas.
• Please return goods with their original packaging. Mail from Father Christmas can accept no responsibility for the transit of goods being returned to us.
• You have the right to cancel any order up to 7 days after ordering.   However please note that if your order is placed close to the last postal dates it may not be possible to cancel your order as your personalised letter may have already been posted to you.
