WHEN SHOULD MY LETTER BE ORDERED?
You should order your letter as soon as possible as at this time of year things get really busy and all the elfs are working to make sure your letters are sent out

WHEN WILL MY LETTER ARRIVE?
Your letter will arrive with you before Christmas. All letters ordered before the 30th November shall be sent out within the first week of December. All letters ordered after this date shall be sent out before the last postal date for your country on a weekly basis.

WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT FOR RECEIVING A LETTER?
There is no age limit to receiving a letter. So far the youngest person to receive a letter has been 6 weeks and the oldest has been 93

WHEN MUST ORDERS BE RECEIVED BY?
All UK letter orders must be received no later than 15th December and they shall be posted out no later than 16th December.  Please note that 16th December is the last postal date for Mail from Father Christmas. For countries other than UK the last postal date is the 3rd of December.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
All payments are handled securely on our behalf by PayPal. You can pay using most major debit or credit cards. Alternatively if you have a PayPal Account you can pay using that.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE AFTER ORDERING MY LETTER UNTIL IT IS RECEIVED?
All letters ordered before the 30th November will be sent out within the first week of December to ensure that your letters are received before Christmas. Please note that any letter ordered after this date will be sent out to you no later than the last posting date to make sure that it arrives with you for Christmas Eve.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY LETTER DOESN'T ARRIVE
Your letter will be sent out in plenty time to make sure that it arrives to you before Christmas Eve to allow for the extra post during the Christmas period. Please note that in the unlikely event that something goes wrong and your letter does not arrive then please let us know as soon as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT I GIVE YOU FOR THE LETTER?
We do not under any circumstances pass information to any third parties. We will retain your details securely for use solely by ourselves when corresponding with you.

WHY HAS THE MONEY BEEN TAKEN FROM MY CREDIT CARD WHEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY LETTER YET?
The monies for the letters that you order will be taken from your credit card to ensure that we can secure the payment before the letters are sent out. This also prevents any delays when times are really busy.
